Terms of Service

The service

Open House Studio, a product of Bespoke Alaska, turns your real estate listing photos into walkthrough videos and social media graphics. You upload photos or import them from a listing URL you have the right to use, and we render finished media files you can download and post.

Your account

You need an account to use the service. Keep your sign-in secure — activity under your account is your responsibility. You must be at least 18 and using the service for lawful business purposes.

Your content and your rights

You keep full ownership of the photos you provide and the videos and graphics we render from them. You can download them and post them anywhere, forever, including after you cancel.

You are responsible for having the rights to the photos you use. Only import or upload photos you own or are licensed to market — typically your own listings or listings you are authorized to promote.

Music included in rendered videos is licensed for social media use as part of your output. Logos, headshots, and brand assets you upload stay yours.

Credits and plans

Paid plans grant monthly credits that are spent when you render. Credits never expire while your account exists. If a render fails, its credits come back automatically.

Plan changes take effect through your billing portal; cancelling stops future charges and your remaining credits keep working.

The guarantee

If your first paid month disappoints you, tell us within 30 days of that first payment and we refund it. One first month per customer.

Fair use

Don't use the service to infringe copyright, misrepresent properties, harass anyone, resell raw access to our rendering systems, or attempt to break or overload the service. We can suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it fast and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, USA. Effective July 13, 2026.
