What we collect

Account details (name, email) through our sign-in provider; the photos, logos, and headshots you upload; listing details you type or import; and the videos and graphics we render for you. We also keep standard operational logs (what was rendered, when, and whether it succeeded).

Billing, when enabled, is handled by Stripe — card numbers go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers.

How we use it

To run the product: render your media, store your brand kit so it auto-applies, show your history, grant and spend credits, and provide support. That's it.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your photos to train AI models. We do not run advertising trackers on the app.

Where it lives

Media files are stored with Cloudflare (R2) and delivered through time-limited signed links. Application data lives in a managed Postgres database (Supabase). Authentication is handled by Clerk. Rendering runs on our own workers (Render) and, for AI motion, through fal.ai's video API — photos are sent there only to render your video.

Your control

Delete a listing and its photos and videos are removed from the app. Want your whole account and media wiped? Email us and we'll delete it. You can export your media anytime — every render is downloadable.

Cookies

We use the cookies required to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies.

Changes and contact

Material changes to this policy will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Questions or deletion requests: jeff@bespokealaska.com. Effective July 13, 2026.
