How many credits does a full listing take?
One. A single credit produces the classic video, every social post size, and the print flyer for a listing. AI cinematic motion is the only video upgrade, at a flat 2 credits per animated photo, and the exact total is always shown before you press render.
Do credits expire?
No. Never. Use them this month or save them for the spring market. Most tools quietly expire your credits after a few months; we think that is your money and it should keep working like it.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. You get three free videos with no card on file and no trial countdown. Make one when your next listing goes live, not because a timer told you to.
How many credits does a video cost?
A classic motion video is 1 credit. AI cinematic motion is 5 credits or more depending on photo count. The exact cost shows on the button before you ever commit.
Do I need video footage?
No. Everything is made from still photos — the ones from your listing, your photographer, or your phone. The cinematic motion is created from the photos themselves.
Will this change how the property looks?
Only if you ask it to. Videos and graphics present your photos as they are. The optional photo tools — declutter, golden hour, virtual staging — are edits you choose per photo, built to keep the home's architecture and permanent features truthful. Undo is always free, and staged photos should be disclosed as staged, per MLS rules.
What does an AI photo edit cost?
1 credit per edit — declutter a room, shift to golden hour, virtually stage, or describe the edit in your own words. Undoing an edit is free and restores the original photo.
Do post graphics cost credits?
No. Facebook, Instagram, and Story graphics are included with every plan, the free trial included. Credits are only spent on videos.
How fast will my video be ready?
Classic videos usually finish in about two minutes. AI cinematic videos take longer because every room is generated as real camera footage.
Who owns the videos?
You do. Download them and post anywhere: MLS, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, your own site.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in one click. Your videos stay yours and your remaining credits keep working.
